YSR family’s Effort to sort out nephew, uncle differences

Former chief minister Dr. Y S Raj Shekhar Reddy’s family arranged a meeting between former Kadapa MP Mr YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his uncle Mr YS Vivekananda Reddy, to restore cordial relations.

It is learnt that both the leaders have agreed to isolate political views from blood relations.

According to sources, the two leaders have joined the Christmas celebrations organized by Mr Subba Reddy. Taking the opportunity, the relatives have tried to bring unity among them.

On Friday, Mr Jagan and the State Agriculture minister Mr Vivekananda Reddy had met at their close relative Mr CV Subba Reddy’s residence.

According to another source the relatives have failed in their effort as Mr Vivekananda Reddy is reported to have left the place in the middle of the meeting.

They used to celebrate the Christmas every year in a big way in Pulivendula when the late leader Dr YSR was alive.
