President Pratibha Patil today left for New Delhi after completion of her eight-day winter sojourn here.She was seen off at Begumpet airport by Andhra Pradesh Governor E S L Narasimhan and his wife, Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, among others.
During her stay here, the President had participated in the three-day International Kuchupudi Dance Convention at the GMC Balyayogi stadium on December 26.
She also opened a herbal garden in the premises of 'Rashtrapati Nilayam' on December 25, which intends to bring in awareness about India's rich heritage in indigenous medicinal plants.
