Prakash Raj donned the director’s robe for the first time with the Kannada film, which happens to be the remake of “Abhiyum Naanum”. This film went on to become a huge hit Kannada too and the director-actor-producer is looking direct a Tamil film soon.

He has been searching for some suitable scripts and has decided to remake a film from another language. With the demand for Telugu and Malayalam films catching up in Kollywood, as most of the top heroes are procuring the remake rights in frenzy, Prakash Raj has decided to obtain the right of a Marathi film and remake it in Tamil.
